Each part of the studio — the shop, the journal, and the collections we share — is rooted in a slower, more intentional approach to creating and living. This space is designed to bring together meaningful objects, creative ideas, and moments of inspiration.

Below you’ll find answers to some common questions about orders, products, and shopping with Foreverie.

Orders & Shipping

Because many Foreverie items are processed quickly or made to order, orders cannot be modified or canceled once processing has begun.

If you need to correct a shipping address or believe there was an error with your order, please contact us as soon as possible at:

While we will do our best to help, changes cannot always be guaranteed once an order has entered processing.

Order confirmations are sent automatically after checkout.

If you don’t see one, please:

• check your spam or promotions folder
• verify the email used at checkout
• allow a few minutes for processing

If you still cannot locate your confirmation email, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, unless otherwise noted in the product description.

Some items may require additional processing time if they are:

• handmade
• made to order
• fulfilled through a production partner

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Foreverie offers a combination of:

• handmade items
• curated goods
• made-to-order products

Because of this, some items may ship from different locations and arrive separately.

This is completely normal and does not mean your order is missing items.

If your package shows as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend:

• checking with household members or neighbors
• checking around your property or mailbox area
• contacting your local delivery carrier

Foreverie is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked delivered by the shipping carrier, but we’re always happy to help guide you through next steps if needed.

All Foreverie purchases are final sale.

Because many items are handmade, produced in small batches, or carefully packaged, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, fit, preference, or accidental ordering.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• your order number
• clear photos of the item
• photos of the packaging
• a brief description of the issue

If approved, we may offer:

• replacement
• repair
• store credit
• refund (only if replacement is not possible)

• remove pieces before showering or swimming
