At some point, wellness became loud.
So many products. So many protocols. So many steps.
And honestly? It can feel overwhelming.
Lately I’ve been returning to something simpler.
What I Keep (and What I’ve Let Go Of)
Instead of chasing every new supplement or trend, I focus on:
- Nourishing meals
- Hydration
- Daily movement (even if it’s just a walk)
- Foundational lab work when needed
- Sleep as a priority
That’s it.
There’s power in tending to the basics consistently.
Your Body Doesn’t Need Performance
Wellness isn’t something you have to “ace.”
You don’t need the most optimized routine. You don’t need a perfectly color-coded supplement drawer. You don’t need to wake up at 5 a.m.
You need stability. Support. And self-trust.
Sometimes the most healing shift is stepping away from the noise and asking:
What actually helps me feel better?
Not what’s trending. Not what looks impressive. Just what works.
