Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting Foreverie. Each order is prepared with care and intention. Many Foreverie items are handmade, produced in small batches, or made to order.

By placing an order with Foreverie, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, unless otherwise noted in the product description.

Because many Foreverie items are handmade, made-to-order, or prepared in small batches, processing times may occasionally vary. During high-volume periods, product launches, or holidays, processing times may be extended.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.


Made-to-Order & Fulfillment Partners

Some Foreverie products are made to order and produced through trusted fulfillment partners.

Foreverie currently works with fulfillment providers such as Printful and Blanka to produce and ship certain products.

These items are created specifically after an order is placed and may require additional production time before shipping.

Production timelines for made-to-order items vary depending on the product and fulfillment partner.

Foreverie does not control the internal production schedules of fulfillment partners and is not responsible for delays caused by manufacturing, supply chain disruptions, or fulfillment processing times.


Multiple Shipments

Because Foreverie offers a combination of:

• handmade items
• curated products
• made-to-order goods

items within the same order may ship from different locations.

Orders may arrive in separate packages and at different times depending on how each item is fulfilled.

This is normal and does not mean part of your order is missing.


Shipping Carriers

Foreverie ships through trusted carriers such as:

• USPS
• UPS
• other available delivery services when necessary

Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Delays

Foreverie is not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to:

• postal carrier delays
• weather conditions
• transportation disruptions
• customs processing
• high shipping volume during holidays
• fulfillment partner production delays
• supply chain interruptions

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are managed by the carrier.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and complete.

Foreverie is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us immediately at support@foreverieco.com. While we will do our best to assist, address changes cannot be guaranteed once order processing has begun.

If a package is returned to Foreverie due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.


Delivered Packages

Once a package is marked delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer.

Foreverie is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed delivered by the carrier.

If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, we recommend:

• checking with household members or neighbors
• checking around your property or mailbox area
• contacting your local postal carrier or delivery office

If the package still cannot be located, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan so we can assist with filing a carrier claim when possible.


Lost Packages in Transit

If a shipment appears to be lost while still in transit, please contact us so we can investigate with the shipping carrier.

Carrier investigations may take time and are handled according to the carrier’s policies.

Foreverie reserves the right to wait for carrier confirmation before issuing a replacement or other resolution.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To assist with a claim, please include:

• your order number
• clear photos of the item
• photos of the packaging and shipping label
• a description of the issue

Depending on the situation and product availability, Foreverie may offer:

• replacement
• repair
• store credit
• refund (only if replacement or repair is not possible)

Foreverie reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution.


Returned Packages

Packages that are returned to Foreverie due to:

• incorrect address
• unclaimed delivery
• refused delivery
• failure to collect from carrier

may be subject to additional shipping charges to resend the order.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Shipping Liability

Foreverie’s responsibility for shipped orders ends once the package has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

We are not responsible for carrier errors, delivery issues, or delays once the shipment is in the possession of the carrier.

Shipping carriers operate independently and maintain their own policies regarding delivery timelines, claims, and liability.


International Shipping

If international shipping becomes available, customers are responsible for:

• customs duties
• import taxes
• VAT
• additional import fees required by their country

Foreverie is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

International shipments may take longer to arrive depending on destination and customs clearance procedures.


Fraud Prevention

For security purposes, Foreverie reserves the right to cancel or hold orders that appear fraudulent, contain mismatched billing information, or trigger security review from our payment processor.

Additional verification may be required before an order can be shipped.
